The repairman came to access our broken washing machine & was honest to let us know that the repair cost would be as much as buying a new washer & it could break again. I appreciated his honest assessment-that is why I would use this company again.

Justin knew exactly what the problem was. He explained the cost and having to wait till the parts come in. I told him to proceed with the repair and let me know when he would be coming back. I am just waiting, but that's ok because I understand and have complete confidence he will fix it right.

Repairman went above and beyond to find the right part. Went to Monroe and picked up part , then came back later that to fix the problem on our refrigerator. Top notch service!

I was shocked at how fast your business responded to my call.  Your repairman came the very next morning after my call.  He told me the cost of the  house call, diagnosis,  the parts and the labor all before he left my home on the 1st service.  They did a great job! FAST, FRANK, FAIR AND FRIENDLY; just cant beat that combination.

We filed a claim through our home warranty company and All American Appliance & Repair was assigned to our claim. They were quick to get out to assess our fridge. They worked with the warranty company for the best resolution to our problem.  Service tech (I’ve forgotten his name now) was very friendly and informative, probably the best service we’ve received in all our various service calls from the work we’ve had done around the house. Definitely recommend this company!
